It's been a great start to our NPQ Leading Behaviour and Culture Conference today, and it's great to see a mix of roles in the group from across our schools, including pastoral leaders, lesson supervisors, and teachers. This NPQ has been designed for non-teaching staff and is shaped around the needs and priorities of the local area, so participants are learning approaches that are directly relevant and beneficial to their own school settings. We had a great day at Conference 1 with our NPQ Leading Teaching cohort. It's been great working with a really engaged group who are asking questions, sharing ideas, and developing their thinking.
