Designed as one of only 87 national Teaching School Hubs, we are a centre of excellence for teacher training and development. We support schools and empower teaching professionals by delivering evidence-based professional development to teachers and leaders at every stage of their career. We are here from the moment they consider working in education through to leadership and beyond.

    • At our recent NPQ Headship conference, we covered a range of engaging themes including effective, efficient and empowered teams, conducting investigations, conditions, culture and change, and behaviour. The session was led by a fantastic team of facilitators, including two current headteachers from the region, who shared practical ideas based on their own experiences. This was followed by two inspiring guest speakers. All the facilitators shared helpful leadership guidance and real examples from school settings, helping to make the content feel relevant and relatable for our participants.
