At our recent NPQ Headship conference, we covered a range of engaging themes including effective, efficient and empowered teams, conducting investigations, conditions, culture and change, and behaviour. The session was led by a fantastic team of facilitators, including two current headteachers from the region, who shared practical ideas based on their own experiences.
