Applications for the next NPQ cohort will open on 23 June but you can register your interest today.

If you are interested in an NPQ, please complete our expression of interest form, and we will let you know when applications go live. Further details will be shared in due course.

To secure a place on an NPQ you must complete applications with both the South Yorkshire Teaching Hub and the DfE.

To begin the application process, please complete the two steps below.

Step 1: Check your eligibility and complete our application form

1. Verify your funding eligibility by visiting the DfE website. 
2. Discuss your intention to undertake an NPQ with your line manager to secure their support.
3. Fill out and submit our application form. 
4. Once both steps are completed, we will confirm the final outcome of your application.

To proceed, you must also complete Step 2.                                               

Step 2: Complete the DfE application form

1. Submit an application form through the DfE portal                                                                                                                               - Select one of our lead providers, Teach First or Best Practice Network on the form.                                                                  - Choose South Yorkshire Teaching Hub as your delivery partner.
