Trust HR Systems and Services Officer

Inspire Trust is a Multi Academy Trust based in Rotherham which also includes Oakwood High School, Sitwell Junior School and Thomas Rotherham College.

They are looking to recruit an experienced and or suitably skilled HR Systems and Services Officer who will work with the team to deliver Human Resource Services across the Trust in line with policies, legislation and internal operational procedures.

The post holder will take operational responsibility for the development and implementation of the HR System and will work to support the delivery of HR Services across the Trust.

This is a key post within our Trust Services, candidates must be able to evidence technical expertise and experience related to the post and the ability to lead and manage service delivery in a collaborative environment within the legal, regulatory and policy frameworks of the Trust.

It is essential that candidates’ evidence and share with us their ethos and characteristics that demonstrate their potential to be an outstanding Systems and Services Officer within the Trust, our Schools and College.
