Transition Coach

Temporary: Start date – September 2022 to August 2023

As a Transition Coach you will work with young people from the Sheffield Inclusion Centre to support and guide them into the next phase of their lives. You will be required to work hours in the evening and during the school holidays.

The Transition Coach will work will work closely with our careers advisor from Sheffield Futures who knows the young people very well. You will also be working with our Safeguarding Team who have built up relationships with these young people and will support you in your role.

This work will have, at its core, your relationship with the young person and family. Many of our young people are defensive around external agencies so you will need to work hard to gain their trust.
