Teaching Assistant Level 3 – Foundation Stage 2

Required from 01 September 2022, Greystones Primary are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant Level 3 to join their enthusiastic and innovative early years team working in their Foundation Stage 2 department. They need an excellent practitioner with a strong desire to provide their learners with the best possible learning opportunities.  This chosen candidate will be someone who is:

• committed to supporting high quality, creative teaching and learning;
• someone who is highly motivated and enjoys working with children;
• someone who is able to support the positive ethos and values of the school;
• someone who will be able to support the progress and success of the children in Foundation Stage.

By joining their Foundation team you will get the opportunity to work in a dynamic, learning focused school, judged as good in all aspects of its provision with a strong and caring team approach, with supportive leadership.  You will gain the chance to work with keen and enthusiastic children in a dynamic forward looking school. As a Teaching Assistant Level 3 you will be expected to work with both individuals and groups of children, in and out of the classroom, including an occasional whole class supervision during short-term absence of teachers.  Accordingly the work will involve assisting the teaching team in the whole planning cycle and the management / preparation of resources.
