Malin Bridge Primary School are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Level 2 Teaching Assistant to add capacity to their N2 provision. “The Bridge” is a self-contained 30 place nursery for children aged 3+ that is busting with eager, warm and friendly children. Everyone at Malin Bridge works collaboratively to ensure that all children are given every opportunity to enjoy learning, to thrive in a happy, stimulating, vibrant community school. The role will involve working closely with the Nursery teacher and team:

• To establish rapport and respectful, trusting relationships with students, acting as a role model and setting high expectations.
• To supervise and provide dedicated support for students.
• To provide feedback to students in relation to progress and achievement, under the guidance of the teacher, in line with School Policy
