Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship

Becoming a qualified Teaching Assistant can lead to a long and rewarding career, as the education sector and demand for support continues to grow. You can progress into many job roles including senior (higher level) teaching assistant, additional needs assistant, team leader as well as the option to develop a specialism, such as literacy, English as an Additional Language or special education.

This apprenticeship will support you to complete your Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, while having the chance to be a part of a growing SEN team and help develop the vision of the department to maximise the life chances of young people with special educational needs. The role will include supporting behaviour and attendance with some of our most vulnerable students. This role would support a caring and hardworking individual who passionately believes in the ability of young people.
