Social Emotional Mental Health Coordinator
Westfield School is looking to appoint to a Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) Support Coordinator. This role will work closely with the Inclusion Manager and the Pastoral Team with a focus on supporting student’s emotional health and wellbeing, as well as mental
health.
The successful candidate will work with a small group of identified students, aged 11-16, supporting their emotional and social wellbeing and promoting improved behaviour and social skills to enable more effective learning. There will be an initial focus upon vulnerable
groups of students including Looked After Students.

Salary: Grade 5 NJC SCP 15 – 20 £23,541 - £25,991 pro rata
