School Business Manager

An exciting development opportunity has arisen for a School Manager at Watercliffe Meadow Primary School.

If you have excellent communication and organisational skills; are enthusiastic for the challenges that working in a busy, vibrant primary school may bring; have the skills to work with a wide range of people across our wonderful community? This could be the role for you and they would love to hear from you.

The School Manager will drive the day to day support that enables the school to operate efficiently and effectively and that allows other members of the school leadership team to focus on teaching and learning.

They will take a lead role in managing the business functions of our school, including financial management, human resources and administration, in addition to supporting the senior leadership team and school governors.

The successful candidate will work in partnership with the senior leadership team and oversee catering, premises, health and safety.
