Regional Personal Assistant

The position of Regional Personal Assistant is a unique opportunity for someone with excellent organisation and communication skills to work with the Southern Regional Executive Team at Outwood Grange Academies Trust. Applicants must be flexible and willing to travel between schools. They have schools located in Doncaster, Scunthorpe. Sheffield, Worksop, and Chesterfield, and will shortly be joined by another school in Kirkby in Ashfield. The base school for the successful candidate will be the nearest southern school to their home.

You will provide outstanding clerical support to the Associate Executive Principal and Executive Officer including minute taking, diary management, conversing with parents and stakeholders, organising and facilitating meetings and providing PA support to individual academies when required. Strong communication and IT skills are essential for the role along with excellent organisational skills, and attention to detail.
