Pastoral Manager (temporary)
Westfield School is looking to appoint a temporary pastoral manager.
This role will involve taking a lead in providing appropriate pastoral support to students in the broadest sense with a focus on one year group and working with other pastoral support and teaching staff in the development and implementation of Individual Curriculum Plans / Behaviour Support plans etc to improve behaviour and engagement in learning.
The successful candidate will need excellent communication skills and have experience of working with students aged 11-16 years. The successful candidate will also need to establish productive working relationships with students, acting as a positive role model and setting high expectations.
