Wingfield Academy, firmly believe in raising standards of student behaviour and conduct by promoting a culture of ‘Respect, Responsibility and Resilience’. Staff and students are encouraged to uphold the Academy ‘Core values’ at every opportunity.

The position of Pastoral Leader will support Academy teams and subject areas by allowing effective teaching and learning to take place in lessons. Wingfield Academy pride themselves in wanting continual development of its Inclusion provision whereby all students receive relevant and timely support, whilst maintaining the highest standards of learning.

The successful candidate will work with the Teaching Head of Year in developing and monitoring strategies and procedures for improving and maintaining student behaviour and conduct. Candidates should be suitably skilled in numeracy, literacy and ICT and have GCSE passes in English and mathematics at grade C or above (or equivalent).
