Operations Manager

The Governors of All Saints Catholic High School wish to appoint an experienced, highly motivated and organised person to join the school in the role of Operations Manager. This role is pivotal to the organisation, with responsibility for the overall leadership and management of our health & safety, premises and IT systems. The school has several unique features, including being co-located with another school and working with a commercial sports company. In this varied and interesting role you will be making strategic decisions that will have an impact across the school and therefore they are looking for candidates who are comfortable working autonomously and can demonstrate that they are a high performing team player. You will need excellent communication skills and have the ability to successfully manage key priorities, planning your own and others’ workload, especially when under pressure or a deadline. Line management responsibilities include the school’s Network Support Team and Catering Manager, coordinating planning for the effective provision of ICT resources and ensuring the catering provision meets the needs of the school

Recent experience is not essential but a willingness to learn quickly will be important. A Project Management Qualification / a Finance/Business or Related Discipline Degree are desirable but not essential. A good knowledge of the SIMS student information system would also be an advantage.
