Office and Cover Manager

Sheffield Park Academy are seeking to appoint a hardworking, enthusiastic and influential individual for the position of Office & Cover Manager following a recent internal promotion. Based in the administration team you will be responsible for line managing a small team of administrators and our receptionist and will report in to the Business Manager on site. Main duties will include:

  • Managing all aspects of the Administration team and daily workload for Cover Supervisors at an operational level.
  • Ensuring that the administrative function supports the Academy’s core purpose of Teaching & Learning both efficiently and effectively.
  • Supporting and developing strategies that will deliver high levels of stakeholder satisfaction with communication.
  • Working with the Business Manager to ensure both yourself and your team provide an outstanding customer service to internal and external parties.
  • Managing and maintaining a high quality cover service for staff absence.
