Midday Supervisory Assistant

Sharrow School is looking to appoint a Lunchtime Supervisor as soon as possible to join their friendly team supervising children during their lunch break.

Duties will include caring for the children during their lunchtime, helping them to eat their meal, organising and leading play activities outdoors and ensuring their safety. Other duties include helping to maintain the smooth running of the dining room and assisting with clearing away.

They are looking for a friendly, caring and reliable person who enjoys working with children. Experience of young children is necessary, along with an ability to organise them and to work in a team.  The ability to form excellent working relationships with pupils and staff is absolutely essential.  An awareness of issues related to First Aid and Health & Safety is desirable.
