Level 2 Teaching Assistant

Sheffield South East Trust is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Part Time Level 2 Teaching Assistant, working Monday to Friday, mornings only.

This is a temporary position (until August 2023), based at Phillimore Community Primary School, starting as soon as possible.

The pupils at Phillimore Community Primary School are well behaved, friendly and positive about their learning and are complemented by a team of hard-working and supportive staff.   The school is a large and friendly school within the community of Darnall.

They need someone who;
•    Has a commitment to developing and maximising the potential of pupils.
•    Has good organisational and interpersonal skills- fully responsive to the day-to-day issues in school
•    Has excellent literacy, numeracy and communication skills.
•    Will champion phonics and reading.
•    Will work with colleagues and leaders to contribute to whole school development.
•    Can model high standards and have high aspirations for the children.
