UTC Sheffield Olympic Legacy Park are looking to appoint an IT Technician based at the UTC OLP (although from time to time you may be asked to work at any of our UTC Trust sites) to work under the direction of our Network Manager, who covers the Trust and splits their time between the 3 UTCs. You will assist the Network Manager in providing technical support, resources and materials to staff to ensure the delivery of the curriculum, in a safe, timely and flexible manner and will assist in providing classroom support for teaching staff and support to students in relation to ‘bring your own device’ and printing. You must be able to provide an efficient and effective service, characterised by clear, accurate work, meeting deadlines, successful task completion, confidentiality and the ability to work on your own initiative under the direction of the Network Manager is essential.
