Inclusion Coordinator

Outwood Academy City are looking to employ an experienced Inclusion Co-ordinator. The successful candidate needs to be extremely well organised, have the ability to plan and prioritise work to ensure that strict deadlines are accurately met. They must be able to work on their own initiative and lead by example. The successful candidate must have experience in a management role and have the ability to lead a team of staff. Essential for this role is experience of working with young people and families in a SEND/Inclusion setting with the ability to produce strategies and interventions to assist their more vulnerable students to achieve their full potential.

You are expected to accurately input, track and monitor data relating to these students and produce reports and recommendations to both the Senior Leadership team and your Inclusion team. You need to be able to deal with students, parents and outside agencies in a professional, prompt and confidential manner. You will be expected to contribute to the daily and strategic leadership of the school.
