Higher Level Teaching Assistant (Nurture)
Sheffield Springs Academy is seeking to appoint a HLTA to build capacity within the team. The academy is part of United Learning, a national group of schools and academies. Sheffield Springs Academy is an 11-16 secondary school serving the Park, Manor and Castle wards of Sheffield.
They are seeking to recruit someone with a child centred approach and excellent people skills to support students effectively in order for them to fully participate in learning. The focus of this role will be to support a group of students accessing the Nurture provision both within Nurture and mainstream lessons. The provision supports a small number of students with social emotional and mental health difficulties to access the curriculum.

Salary: £23,347 to £25,540 gross per annum pro rata dependent upon experience Actual Part Time Salary £20,568 to £22,500 per annum
