Ecclesfield School is looking for an experienced administrator to contribute to the effective and efficient delivery of administrative and secretarial support.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Ecclesfield School and provide administrative support to the Headteacher. You will be responsible for providing the Headteacher with general administrative support including correspondence; managing diaries and business calendars; producing materials for the Headteacher and managing the school’s centralised filing systems.
The post holder will act as a first point of contact for the Headteacher for people both within and outside the school and provide executive support to the Headteacher in managing and organising the day-to-day running of the school.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues in our other academies and the Trust to support the delivery of administrative services.
