General Admin Clerk

The school governors are seeking to appoint a General Admin Clerk to join the hard working Administrative Team undertaking a wide variety of administrative and clerical duties at Greystones Primary School. They are looking for a motivated team member who can balance the demands of a busy office environment with maintaining a pleasant welcome and caring approach, supporting a whole range of tasks that support this vibrant and much loved school.  The role will include a wide range of computer based tasks, so proficiency with IT, especially Microsoft Office products would be a distinct advantage, though on the job training and guidance will be given. In addition to this, the jobholder will also help with and support the wider staff team in oversight and care of children, related first aid and organising of events and activities (eg school nurse and photographer visits, etc). A large proportion of work will involve interacting with colleagues, parents, visitors and other education and business professionals so good experience of delivering excellent customer service in a busy environment will be useful.
