Holgate Meadows and Heritage Park are lively, friendly and welcoming special schools located in Sheffield. We support young people from key stages 2 – 4 who have a range of complex Social Emotional and Mental Health needs. They are looking to appoint from September 2021 a highly motivated, enthusiastic, hardworking, flexible individual to join a team of dedicated staff who are committed to providing an excellent learning environment and become part of a successful administration team in a busy working environment.
Hours: 37 hours per week – 5 days per week – 40 weeks per year.
They are looking for a candidate who is self-motivated, efficient, organised and able to carry out a wide range of administrative duties. We need someone who is pro-active and confident to take ownership of tasks. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are an integral part of the role as contact with parents/carers and external agencies will be integral to the role.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to build strong working relationships with staff as well as being able to work to very specific deadlines.
