Examinations and Data Officer

Minerva Learning Trust is an expanding Sheffield based multi-academy Trust with a vision of providing outstanding education for all the students within their schools. The Trust is passionate that all students should see their time at school as happy and fulfilling with their potential developed to the utmost.

They are seeking to appoint a well-organised, flexible and skilled individual to take the lead in managing examinations, assessments, data and reporting across the school. The post holder will ensure the smooth and compliant running of internal and external examinations and oversee the school’s academic data and timetable systems. This will include liaising with subject leaders over examination entry, data collection and timetabling administration as well as the dissemination of results and reports to leaders, families and students.

You should possess excellent communication and organisational skills and have a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Training will be given on all aspects of the role as well as access to the peer network within the Trust.

You will report to the Assistant Headteacher for Curriculum & Assessment but must be able to work independently and be proactive in ensuring all aspects of the process are effectively covered. The post is offered for more weeks than the school term so that the postholder can work for some time in August for the release, processing and dissemination of examination results.
