The Governors of this friendly and successful nursery school are seeking to appoint two highly motivated Teaching Assistants to join the happy, hardworking team.  Broomhall Nursery School is judged by Ofsted as an outstanding school on its last three inspections and has recently been designated as a Centre of Excellence in the city for their work with children with SEND.

They are seeking to appoint lively, enthusiastic, hardworking Level 2 Teaching Assistants who will be required to contribute to the educational and social development of the young children in the nursery school, working with small groups and individual children as required.

We are initially offering the post on a fixed term contract until 31.08.2023, but subject to numbers and funding the post may be extended

The successful candidates should be enthusiastic, keen to work in partnership with teachers and able to work under instruction as well as having the ability to use their initiative. You should have the ability to build excellent relationships with adults and children and work as part of our whole school team. You will have good literacy and numeracy skills and experience of working with nursery age children.  A particular interest in teaching in the outdoors would be desirable since we use our wonderful garden in all weathers.
