The Governors of All Saints Catholic High School wish to appoint a Director of Business and Facilities to join the school’s Senior Leadership Team. The successful candidate should be well qualified and experienced, highly motivated and organised. This role is pivotal to the organisation, with responsibility for the overall leadership and management of their finance functions, health & safety, premises and IT systems. The school has several unique features, being co-located with another school and working with a commercial sports company. In this varied and interesting role you will be leading a small, hardworking, professional finance team; you will be making strategic decisions that will have an impact across the school and therefore we are looking for candidates who are comfortable working autonomously and can demonstrate that they are a high performing team player. You will need excellent communication skills and have the ability to successfully manage key priorities, planning your own and others’ workload, especially when under pressure or a deadline.
