Cleaner in Charge

The Holt House and Carterknowle Schools Federation is looking for a cleaner in charge to join our staff team.  The post is based at Holt House Infant School, but there may be duties to carry out at Carterknowle Junior School. You will need to have experience of being an efficient and effective cleaner in a school or business setting.  You will need to have a good knowledge of health and safety.  You will need to be reliable and conscientious, with good interpersonal skills. The purpose of the post is to provide a service to the site consisting of security of premises, lighting, heating, cleaning, maintenance and operation of plant. Porterage and handy person duties are an essential part of the role.  Providing an efficient support service to the site users and community groups is also essential.
