Assistant Behaviour, Welfare and Cover Officer

Brigantia Learning trust are seeking to appoint two Assistant Behaviour, Welfare and Cover Officers to increase capacity within the already well-established team based at Hinde House. The successful candidate will work alongside their dedicated behaviour team to support the learning behaviour of students, thereby improving attendance, attainment and aspiration.  The role will also involve providing short term cover in classes as and when required. This post offers an opportunity for a committed and motivated individual to work within their school. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, keen to work in partnership with the staff and pupils at Hinde House and able to work under instruction as well as having the ability to use their initiative.
