Alternative Provision Co-ordinator

Meadowhead School Academy Trust are seeking to appoint, as soon as possible, a highly motivated individual who is interested in joining their Student Engagement and Welfare team. This is an exciting opportunity to take a lead role in the coordination and management of alternative provision. Working alongside Heads of Year, teachers and support staff teams you will contribute to supporting student learning, participation and positive behaviour. This is a key post within school, which will demand strong behaviour management skills and requires a skilled professional with the ability to implement restorative practices with students who find it difficult to engage and interact with others.
