The Governors of Pipworth Community Primary School are looking to appoint a permanent Administration Officer who will work as part of our dedicated and committed team of existing support staff.
Pipworth Community Primary School is a large, busy, vibrant school, which serves the local community and wider. Our pupils are wonderful and we strive hard to support them and their families, making every effort to ensure we are at the heart of the community.
They are seeking to employ a dedicated, enthusiastic, hardworking person who will maintain the very high standards that the role entails. The successful candidate should be IT competent and have a sound understanding of administration management in a school, have experience of SIMS system, be able to support others and work on their own initiative under the direction of the Headteacher, to whom they will be directly responsible.
To work in a busy office environment, the successful candidate also needs to be resilient, reliable, and punctual. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, be self-motivated and able to use initiative, have the ability to manage multiple demands, be discreet, diplomatic and patient. Previous experience in a similar post is desirable. Training and support is available if required.
